SERVICES FOR OPERATORS
Start-up Assistance
§ Prepare initial stock provisioning, recommendations for components, hardware, consumables and tooling.
§ These recommendations will be specific to the operator’s requirements and financial means.
Pre-purchase, Pre-lease Inspections
In close coordination with the operator, a technical inspection of the subject aircraft will be performed. During this inspection the following items will be checked.
§ Suitability to mission
§ JAR OPS 1 or 3 compliance
§ Airworthiness Directive status
§ Life limited parts status, including value remaining
§ Maintenance status
§ Modification status
§ Historical records
§ Technical status
§ Boroscope inspection of engines (optional)
§ Test flight (optional)
Lease Redelivery
§ Set up a redelivery plan for the Lessee to comply with contractual obligations strongly focused on the Lessee’s interest.
§ Execute this plan at an approved maintenance organisation and liaise with the Lessor towards redelivery of the aircraft.
Base Maintenance Support
§ Prepare work scope in close coordination with the Operator, keeping in mind the purpose of the base maintenance input.
§ Assist in finding a base maintenance organisation and advise during contract negotiations.
§ Act as the operator’s representative during the input, focusing on the operator’s interest with respect to on time delivery, costing and quality.
§ Update the operator during the maintenance input.
§ Evaluate the maintenance organisations performance post delivery.
Performance Improvement
§ Assist the operator in establishing a reliability monitoring system, set up simple measuring/ analyzing tools and propose improvements.
§ These improvements can range from modifications to repair station performance and minimum stock settings to M.E.L. alterations.
§ They are based on simple tools which are easy to understand, implement and use.
Surplus Sales
Assist in selling of surplus aircraft and components using an international network.
